Last Summer, 2013 by Philippe Safire
Philippe’s “Last Summer” is a pixelated dream, suspended from the ceiling displaying a blurry ocean on both sides that perpetually glistens as light flickers off it, the dull blue glaze insinuating a world that’s forever slowly fading away, a hazy memory that slips through your fingers the tighter you try to grasp it, a 2D vision that lies perpendicular to reality, touching it but never truly a part of it.
