Taking place in the cyberpunk future of Neo Springfield, Ryan’s Simpsonsofied sketch series replaces Kaneda with Milhouse, trying to save his best friend Bart (Tetsuo) from his own incredibly damaging psychokinetic powers, surely brought on by experimentation at the Nuclear Plant.
